How is the price determined?
The quote is prepared for your organisation based on your user count, the feature package you choose and your deployment model (your own servers, private cloud or hybrid). There is no fixed per-seat licence fee.
Is model consumption included in the price?
The platform licence and model consumption are separate line items. You can bring your own provider keys, or gather consumption through Vex Base and receive a single invoice.
Can we connect our own models?
Yes. You can connect your own models — including vLLM, Ollama and in-house endpoints — at no extra cost; provider-independent operation (BYOM) sits at the core of the platform.
Are setup and training included?
Enterprise packages include installation, integration support, administrator training and an internal onboarding programme for the teams.
How long does deployment take?
Private cloud deployments are typically running within a few days. For installs in your own data centre the timing depends on hardware readiness and identity integration; we build the project plan together after the demo.
Does it integrate with our existing identity system?
Yes. Enterprise SSO connects it to your existing identity stack, so users sign in with their defined roles without creating another password.
What happens if the user count grows during the year?
In a pooled architecture you do not buy additional licences to add users. If usage grows during the contract period, budget and capacity parameters are updated from the console.
Where is our data stored?
Conversations, uploaded documents and records stay in the infrastructure you choose, in your own database; traffic is encrypted end to end and access is possible only through the roles you define.
Is a trial or pilot possible?
Yes. We run a pilot with a limited number of users and one department, define the success criteria up front, and roll it out organisation-wide once the results are reviewed.
